FELT CHRISTMAS TREE FOR KIDS!
Directions!
Take foam board any color and tape two of them together to create a large tree. Draw the outline of a simple Christmas Tree and cut with an exacto knife into the shape. Make sure your two foam boards are taped together really well with packing tape.
Then with spray adhesive, spray the front of the foam board tree evenly. Lay the white felt on top and smooth into place to cover the entire tree shape. Make sure you do this step outside in a well ventilated area. Then trim the edges of excess white felt OR wrap the tree as you see in this photo below and trim excess fabric.
Here's what the front should look like at this point.
Cut out felt stars, ornaments, and presents in various colors and sizes.
Simple circles will do! I traced a small bowl I had to get a nice circle shape.
Glue on beads as Garland (optional)
Stick the plain tree up on the wall with glue dots or two sided tape
LET THE KIDS DECORATE THE TREE!
